The lagoon mouth of the gigantic and famous San Rafael Glacier, with its more than 3,000 years, is without doubt the main tourist destination in the area. The lagoon highlights the huge floating icebergs, the glacier and the usual Valentine falling ice, which can be seen from the boats coming up the place, staying there about 6 hours. Getting there: From Puerto Chacabuco, we sail south to enter the Firth Aisen , continue on the Costa Channel and the Estuary Elephants that will take you to the Laguna San Rafael, a truly fascinating journey.
